Certified 2200 HR RMT session with a focus on either sports, therapeutic or deep tissue massage. These sessions are designed to reduce pain, assist in recovery & rehabilitation while increasing mobility. What makes massage therapy with Magic Within unique is not only do you receive specialized treatment curated to you, you will also be given at home stretches and exercises are given to continue maintenance and healing.
